As a longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, I've had the good fortune to live and work in a place where beauty abounds on the smallest to the grandest scales. Inspiration comes constantly -- a vase of freshly arranged garden flowers, Seattle houseboats mirrored on glassy water, the mosaic of fruits and vegetables adorning Pike Place Market and majestic mountains gracing the horizon. I have a special fondness for painting outside en plein air and images illuminated by brilliant natural light or reflecting the more subtle moods of the Northwest are particularly fascinating to me. As a member of The Art Stall Gallery for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of sharing my work with collectors worldwide while enjoying the wonderful camaraderie of my fellow Gallery artists.
