I have been a big fan of artistic expression since receiving my first box of 64 crayons as a young child! Watercolor is my medium of choice now, I find wonder in the luminosity of watercolor. The way the colors relate to one another and move around the paper is pure watercolor magic. Ihave lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 35 years and draw inspiration from the beauty that surrounds me on a daily basis. I find joy in recreating the colors and patterns I see in nature, the intricacies of a petaled flower, the patterns of veins in a leaf, the feathers on a bird - Mother Nature at her finest!
